No experience? That's ok, we'll train you. Most of our top sales representatives were brand new to the industry when joining our team. We have a proven process to help you learn the business and develop the skills you need to become a successful Loan Officer.
Primary Function: You will be directly responsible for converting company provided leads and self- generated referrals into funded mortgage loans.
- Telephone and online origination of mortgage loans through internet leads, referrals and various other marketing campaigns.
- Provide superior customer service skills by responding to company-provided leads in an effective and timely manner.
- Engage with consumers, determine their needs and offer the appropriate mortgage products.
- Assist in obtaining necessary information to close loans in a compliant and timely manner.
- Meet individual monthly sales goals.
- Stay informed of developing trends in the mortgage industry.
Requirements
- Strong telephone sales and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to connect quickly with people in an outgoing, friendly manner.
- Must possess the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
- Proven success in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate careful decision-making skills.
- Will need to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to pass National/UST exam and complete background checks to obtain State Licensing.
