Awesome opportunity for Human Resource Manager for Pharma/Bio-Tech client in Northeast Philadelphia - Lower Bucks County area. The Human Resources Manager partners with leadership to proactively manage and deliver human resources strategies, processes and services and executes our people initiatives and drives HR functional excellence and process improvement.

  • Provide people related solutions to drive high performance in the department
  • Collaborate with management and provide strategic leadership and guidance regarding all human resource aspects of the company's policies, objectives and initiatives to build, develop and retain a diverse and qualified workforce.
  • Drive strategy and partner with the team to deliver results by providing expertise, guidance, and tactical execution in the areas of talent management, performance, career development, succession planning, compensation guidance, employee relations, employee retention, engagement and leadership effectiveness issues.
  • Focus HR initiatives to meet operational goals and business objectives, managing the day to day HR activities.
  • Back up to payroll specialist for processing both union and non-union payroll monthly
  • Mentor, develop and coach staff providing guidance, leadership and coaching to achieve results.
  • Lead with a hands-on approach to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
  • Ensure HR programs and plans are aligned to the business priorities and monitor effectiveness through the tracking of key metrics.
  • Proactively identifies and addresses human resources challenges and opportunities, which may affect the execution of the business plans.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in daily operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 5-10 years related experience in Human resources with 2+ years in Leadership role
