In this HR leadership role you will partner with various levels of senior leadership to plan, develop, and lead HR initiatives, programs, and activities that support business goals and objectives for the Adult Day Health Operating Group.
The preferred location of this position is Foxboro, MA, but we are open to candidates located anywhere in the US.
To perform this job successfully, the selected candidate must be able to effectively perform each essential function listed below.
Lead and direct the HR function with human resources services such as employment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management coaching.
Develop and provide proactive HR solutions to complex workforce related issues.
Organize, plan, develop, and direct the implementation and administration of human resources activities for the regional group and carry out policies and procedures relating to all phases of HR activities that support our goals and objectives.
Enhance organizational effectiveness by identifying and analyzing current circumstances, implementing organizational development initiatives, and providing training programs.
Participate in the development and maintenance of succession plans and recommending new organization structures.
Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans. Identify HR implications of these plans and recommend innovative programs and solutions.
Lead the planning and implementation of HR related strategic and tactical business plans which includes performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, training, discipline, terminations, and similar actions.
Partner with Talent Acquisition team on hiring needs, transfers, promotions and salary changes.
Regularly review and analyze metrics data to identify developing trends and keep leadership informed of developing trends that impact the business.
Ensure consistent application of HR programs, policies, and practices used across The Network.
Actively participate in the business planning activities. Confer with management and leadership to plan business objectives, and coordinate HR functions. Provide input in the development of policies.
Conduct needs assessment to identify, develop, and implement training and other workforce related programs as appropriate.
Collaborate with leaders on the quality improvement process to develop, retain employees and promote quality service.
Ensure the proper resolution of employee relation issues. Conduct internal investigations, review and approve employee discharges and other disciplinary actions. Ensure the proper administration of employee layoffs and workforce transition efforts.
Provide coaching to managers on the most effective ways of addressing employee issues. Improve employee satisfaction by identifying and responding to concerns and developing leadership and morale-building programs.
Maintain a current knowledge of organizational effectiveness throughout NeuroRestorative. Review information such as employee exit data, turnover, statistics, and complaints to identify problem areas and trends. Develop and administer corrective action plans.
Performs other related duties and activities as required.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required. Master's degree preferred
Minimum 7+ years of HR Generalist/Business Partner experience, including extensive work with employee relations, internal investigations, workers compensation and training
Three years of demonstrated success in managing people. Lead, influence, and manage relationships effectively
Ability to embrace both the big picture as well as the tactical issues. Act as a strategic partner with business leaders while still being able to manage day-to-day needs as they arise
Experience working with large workforces distributed across many sites, preferred
Self-motivation, a high-energy approach and a sense of urgency
SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred
