**Responsibilities**

**Qualifications/Requirements**

+ 7+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, system implementation, business transformation.

+ Demonstrated ability to elicit, analyze and document business process and architect scalable processes to increase operational maturity.

+ Experience in system analysis and writing business and functional requirements and specifications.

+ Strong data analysis, data mapping and reconciliation skills.

+ Able to identify opportunities to solve business problems.

+ Strong interpersonal, and presentation skills required to interface with and influence cross-functional leaders including senior/C-level stakeholders.

+ Demonstrated experience collaborating with virtual teams.

+ Ability to work under pressure and take own initiative as appropriate.

+ A curious mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo.

**Desired Characteristics**

+ Experience as an application or data analyst/engineer

+ Experience with business process collection tools

+ History in a global corporate environment, driving results across multiple business elements with different priorities and governance

+ Experience in the media and entertainment industry

+ Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification

+ Lean Level 2 certification

+ Desire to try things and iterate on them, fail fast, and focus on functionality that matters
