Job description

As part of the Talent Acquisition Team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions such as warehouse employees, CDL drivers, customer service representatives, accounting and financing specialists, buyers, and more. TAS will be reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Job Description:

  • Source a pipeline of candidates by utilizing job boards, networking, referrals, job fairs, and any other creative means of locating qualified candidates.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing and reference checks, etc.
  • Present candidates to management, coordinate interviews
  • Recruit effectively, demonstrating the ability to successfully multi-task and work within a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience is required.
  • Full-cycle recruiting
  • An energetic self-starter and strong ability to work independently.
  • Recruiting strategies that support the successful delivery of candidates by addressing talent supply, talent movement, and possible market challenges.
  • A proven track record with successfully filing positions within 30 days.
  • Building relationships with all hiring managers for the successful placement of candidates.
  • Computer experience required
  • A true can-do attitude and a people person personality.
  • Must be professional, organized, and detailed oriented

Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop effective recruitment marketing campaigns and channels to source candidates, including advertisements, hiring events, career centers, and job programs
  • Recruit quality talent through targeted active and passive recruiting sources
  • Facilitate the application process and conduct pre-employment assessments
  • Conduct phone interviews/screens and provide hiring manager(s) with candidate information in a timely manner for the requisition's set workflow.

  • Create effective recruiting plan to source passive candidates

  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting and drives sourcing for key talent
