We are looking for a person with a mature outlook towards work and customer service who can be responsible for, and manage operational tasks in our store.
Our store is a positive, sometimes fast-paced work environment.
We create the best customer service experience possible, for our community and ourselves.
A friendly personality, the ability to enjoy working with people, and the ability to be at work on time is required.
Applicants must demonstrate a solid working knowledge of how to use a computer for email, web browsing, and an ability to learn specific data entry on multiple systems, including POS and shipping manifest systems.
** We do printing at our location which requires a basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud. If you have a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, that's a plus! If you don't, but have the ability and desire to learn it, that's great too! **
Associates are required to work in a busy retail environment, answer the phone and communicate in a professional manner, inform visitors about other product and service offerings when required, operate a Windows based computer to retrieve print orders, pack and ship packages, operate printers, intake and sort mail and packages for customers, lift a box that weighs 40 pounds, and clean in the store as required, among other things.

All team members wear masks at the retail level at all times, all customers wear masks at all times, there are limited customers in the store, the Point of Sale stations have plexi-glass barriers. We work to keep team members and customers safe! : -)
