As a Bus Exp Plan & Admin Advisor - Technology Implementations Specialist within PNC's Treasury Management Client Care organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh or anywhere within the PNC footprint.The Technology Implementation Specialist organizes, builds, motivates, leads on-boarding for PNC Treasury Management clients with technical implementations, ensuring their success in building their businesses on our API's and other software solutions, and creating a highly satisfied client experience. As the Technology Implementation Specialist, your responsibilities will include:Engage and manage Treasury Management client API and other PNC technology implementationsManage and troubleshoot API and technical integration issuesCoordinate with other technical and support teams to resolve technical and implementation issuesMaintain project plans for Product API implementationsPlan a program for ongoing client regression testingWork with clients and owners QA environments to secure client testing windowsSuggest improvements for API Developer Portal to streamline client implementationsThe successful candidate will have experience in:API / JSON knowledgeSoftware plug-ins and other technology integrationsProduct implementationsProcess engineeringProject managementTechnical debugging and issue resolutionsJob DescriptionCollaborates cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods. Executes key business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and/or internal partners.Responsible for executing and implementing business planning processes. Helps to designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations.Understands business direction and needs and develops solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts.
