As a Business Analytics Manager within PNC's Decision Analytics and Research organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH.Customer Experience Analytics for Root Cause Analysis (CXA-for-RCA) is a team within Decision Analytics and Research focused on providing analytics and reporting to RCA Teams across Retail Lending, Retail Deposits, and AMG. Accessing data in Teradata, Hadoop, and other locations using SAS, Tableau, and other tools the Business Analytics Manager will produce monthly analyses, follow up deep dive investigations based on business partner feedback, and ad-hoc investigations by request. A successful candidate will have an aptitude for learning new tools and technologies and a hunger to add to their skill set.Job DescriptionManages the development, implementation and support of business analytics initiatives and projects. At least 3 years of prior management experience is typically required.
