THIS POSITION CAN BE FILLED WITH EITHER A BUSINESS SERVICE OFFICER OR SENIOR BUSINESS SERVICE OFFICER BASED ON THE SELECTED CANDIDATES EXPERIENCE AND SKILL.


ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF):


Client facing role that facilitates service requests for an assigned book of clients within Key's Business Banking line of business. Work directly with clients and the Sales Team to provide "crazy good service".


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:


+ Assists in managing customer relationships within assigned portfolio.


+ Client's first point of contact for customer service issues, assisting the client in navigating the bank.


+ Handles inquiries in an efficient and timely manner. Solves customer problems, taking full ownership of client needs through resolution.


+ Act as liaison between internal fraud group and clients.


+ Take a proactive role in customer retention.


+ Knowledge of Bank's financial relationship with clients (i.e., depository relationship, loans, leases, etc.) and proficiently accesses all information pertaining to such, and to address client's questions or concerns.


+ Understands core deposits and cash management products and affects set- up of all client deposit products, including account opening and maintenance.


+ Understands loan and lease products and drives all customer service related to these products.


+ Partners with sales team in portfolio management actives.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


BUSINESS SERVICE OFFICER:


+ Associate Degree or equivalent work experience


+ Minimum 1- 5 years related work experience


+ General to working knowledge of financial products and services.


+ Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.


+ Excellent customer service skills.


+ Great PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) and navigation of Internet.


+ Strong organization and follow up skills.


+ General office equipment used.


SENIOR BUSINESS SERVICE OFFICER:


+ Associate Degree or equivalent work experience


+ Minimum 3-5 years related work experience, typically at least 2 years in a business service role with demonstrated full performance.


+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities


+ General to working knowledge of financial products and services.


+ Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.


+ Excellent customer service skills.


+ Great PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) and navigation of Internet.


+ Strong organization and follow up skills.


+ General office equipment used.
