JOB DESCRIPTION
The incumbent must be passionate about translating business priorities into high impact HR solutions. This individual should be highly analytical and tech savvy. The incumbent will be able to provide structure when presented with a business problem. This analyst will need to have the ability to interface with all levels of the organization and build consensus around solutions. Most importantly, this person needs to have an open mind about cloud technology and how to use it to improve the organization. They should want to find new and innovative ways to use the tools provided to support their customers in the HR community.
Primary Responsibilities
- Using analytical expertise, identify areas for process improvement, system enhancement or improved efficiency in the various Global HR Technology areas including: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Records, Compensation, and Reporting & Analytics.
- Work with global HR customers to validate their data requirements and propose solutions that meet and help them make decisions for their global or location business.
- Assist in analyzing innovative technology tools to potentially support customer's requirements.
- Design and deliver HR knowledge share webinars and tutorials, training in support of HR technology and processes.
- Assist with the development and implementation of company-wide projects and collaborate with end users within the organization.
- Ability to create a business case, develop a proof of concept to promote the adoption of the analysis.
- Research, configure, test, and implement newly available functionality provided by the vendor in an "evergreen" HRMS Cloud environment.
- Document and maintain the core HRMS configuration, including mapping of key data used by other HR business processes and data consumers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HR System issues leveraging internal and external technical resources as necessary.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience analyzing data.
- Minimum of 3 years' of experience utilizing Information Technology to support the business.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience using data analytics skills that compel business and HR leaders to take-action
- Knowledge of HR practices including recruiting and business operations
- Prior experience analyzing multi-functional HR data
- Excellent organization, data analysis and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills with ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, with both internal and external customer groups
- Advanced level Excel skills
- Exceptional execution skills
- Prior experience with HR Technology
- Ability to take an unstructured problem, analyze for key data, derive solutions, propose, and implement them in a timely manner
