Job description

Allegiance Staffing, located in Greentree, is looking for experienced In-House Recruiters. As our Recruiter, you will be the main point of contact for both our clients and talent on a day-to-day basis. We facilitate temp, temp-to-hire and direct hire placements. A successful recruiter will collaborate with clients to determine staffing needs. You should be comfortable using various job boards and community organizations to attract candidates. Our ideal recruiter has experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and places the best candidates.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

General Responsibilities to include:

· Relationship building with clients and candidates

· Creation and posting of job openings to various job boards

• Effectively sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates via phone calls,

emails and texts.

• Coordinating interviews between the candidate and the client

• General candidate onboarding tasks

Preferred experience:

• 1+ years of Recruiting and/or Staffing experience.

• Team Player - You actively engage with staff members to meet organizational goals.

• Go-Getter - Your organizational skills are solid. Your attention to detail is keen. You possess the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.

• Results Oriented - Your ability to plan, execute, and multitask are proven. You have a demonstrated ability to reprioritize on a moment's notice as objectives and deadlines change.

• Excellent Communicator - You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Technically Savvy - You are experienced with the use of HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems. Comfortable with MS Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
