Job Details for Human Resources Manager:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Pay Rate: Up to $95,000/year

Job Responsibilities & Description for Human Resources Manager:

  • Responsible for maintaining HR files
  • Payroll processing for employees
  • Recruiting for internal positions and conduct new hire orientation
  • Maintain employee handbook and update policies as needed

Job Requirements for Human Resources Manager:

  • 3 - 5 years' experience in a related field
  • Payroll processing experience, preferably in Paylocity
  • Bachelors degree required
