JOB TITLE: The Snack Shop Attendant
(May be asked to cross-train/work in the Corner Roast Coffee Shop. Barista job description can be found at

JOB SUMMARY: SCHEDULE FLEXIBLE TO MEET NEEDS! Provide efficient, friendly service to guests. Prepare ice creams/milkshakes/desserts/sandwiches. Maintain cleanliness and neatness.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:

* Maintain store cleanliness and appearance to exceed guest standards.
* Restock items.
* Sales transactions are done on a cash register; this includes cash, card, or room charges.
* Put away any orders when necessary, as well as fill out order forms when necessary.
* Provide excellent customer service to guests by greeting them with a smile and positive attitude while responding quickly and efficiently to their requests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have an open mind while handling customer service.

Must be able to work alone, without supervision and be self-motivated.

Must be able to work in a team.

Perform duties quickly and efficiently.

Must be able to stand entire shift.

Some of the time will be spent working actively including but not limited to bending, stretching, lifting and walking.

HAZARDS ENCOUNTERED: Hot cooking equipment, sharp knives can be dangerous if used in a careless manner. Wet or slippery floors and some cleaning chemicals can be hazardous if directions are not followed.
