Job description

Performs duties in support of Crozer Health#s mission to ensure the highest quality of patient care in an economically sound and efficient manner. Enters new hire and employee changes in the HRIS system.# Readily assist candidates, employees and visitors by providing information and answering questions. Identifies issues of employees, visitors and candidates which cannot be handled and directs those individuals to appropriate staff. Provides appropriate and accurate information to callers upon request. Explains employment procedures and appropriate paperwork to candidates and employees. Maintains personnel files. Files appropriate documents in a timely manner.# Ensures that personnel files are up-to-date, complete and in compliance with J.C.A.H.O. standards at all times. Ensures all offers made are in compliance with applicable CKHS policy and procedures. Responsible for the accurate processing of Payroll Action Forms Identifies mistakes on Payroll Action Forms and works with the recruitment team to make appropriate corrections Troubleshoots payroll concerns and communicates findings Responsible for processing of severance agreements and payments Oversees the HR onboarding of Physicians and communicates with Hiring Manager regarding the status of clearances. Assists with timecards and makes edits as appropriate Actively participates on project teams as needed Develops spreadsheets and tracking mechanisms as needed to ensure compliance Provides excellent service to candidates and managers by responding to phone calls and voice mails in a timely manner (within 24 hrs). Maintains the highest level of confidentiality. Assists with HR related matters with the guidance of the appropriate HR Director as needed Provides assistance with daily HR operations as needed. Willingly and readily, assists all internal and external customers as needed, looking beyond individual scope of service. Assists customers through resolution of problem whenever possible.# In instances where assistance cannot be provided personally, directs customer to the appropriate individual and/or location. Interacts with co-workers, Medical Center staff and supervisors in a courteous, professional and service oriented manner.# Communicates in a positive, helpful and friendly manner at all times, using appropriate body language, eye contact and tone of voice.# Maintains constructive relationships at all times. Additional HR duties as assigned. Requirements:# High School Diploma or equivalent required. 3-5 years# HR experience desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Office word-processing, spreadsheet and database software products required. Position Manager and ORACLE experience preferred.
