JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Outreach and Online Education (OOE) Marketing Project Portfolio Management Team is looking for a Business Analyst to join our high-performing team. A successful candidate will have experience in tactical initiatives as well as success in supporting or leading business transformation.
This position requires strong analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving. With several significant transformational projects on the horizon, we seek a candidate who can understand complex information, see the future state, and translate both creatively, persuasively, and concisely to a variety of audiences.
This position will serve Marketing and the broader OOE community through proficiency in business analysis knowledge spanning planning, requirements lifecycle, stakeholder engagement, analysis, and evaluation. In addition to experience across these skills, the role requires someone who is adept at collaborating, leading workshops, presenting to large groups, and facilitating conversations with leadership and staff. A detail-oriented mindset is a must.
To be successful in this role, soft skills are equally as critical as technical proficiency. Strong written and verbal communication skills, consultative skills, and interpersonal skills are required to ensure that stakeholders are engaged across the organization. This role requires someone with emotional intelligence who thrives in seasons of change, easily manages multiple projects or initiatives at once, and enjoys working autonomously.
This role typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus eight years of related experience, or an equivalent combination. Industry certifications (e.g., IIBA CCBA or CBAP) are preferred.
This position has the potential to work fully remote.

The ASR is available for review here.
Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.
