Remote - Contract Recruiter

3-4 months with potential for long term

Must have Life Sciences Recruiting Experience

Must own computer & phone

Responsibilities

• Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, coordinate candidate interviews and submission of qualified candidates to the hiring manager
• Consult with hiring managers on position descriptions, requisition creation and sourcing strategies.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of candidates and the company brand.
• Place and update all job postings in various Medias including internet/intranet sites, colleges, social networks, community boards and staffing partners.
• Communicate with managers and employees regularly to promote our referral program and internal opportunities.
• Assist in maintaining the applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other Talent Acquisition administration functions as needed.
• Respond timely to internal and external applicant situations, and applicant requests as required.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high volume recruiting experience
• Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
• Superior communication skills and a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Experience handling a high volume of requisitions while managing your time effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• high volume recruiting: 3 years (Required)
• life sciences industry: 3 years (Required)
