Corporate Recruiting Manager - $80,000 - $95,000

Awesome opportunity to join a growing entrepreneurial company that offers the stability of a world class parent company. This Corporate Recruiting Manager position is a newly created position and will report to our client's Human Resources Director. There is a defined career path for this role to succeed the HR Director when she is promoted in a few years.

This position will be based in our clients York-based headquarters but will recruit for facilities throughout the Mid Atlantic region. This position will design and implement an overall recruiting strategy focused on attracting and retaining top talent. Our client seeks a high energy HR Recruiting professional who "thinks outside of the box" and actively looks to build relationships with colleges / universities and trade schools. This position will get involved in some Human Resources responsibilities outside of recruiting including employee relations, HR compliance and employee development.

This is a *key* role for a company with big growth plans (including future acquisitions) across the country.

Our client requires a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of five years of recruiting experience (with a strong preference to at least 2 years of Corporate HR Recruiting experience within a complex organization (500 - 2000 employees) in the manufacturing, distribution or construction industries).
