An individual could be successful if they possess the following.

Your daily responsibilities include:

Diagnose and repair all technical problems associated with slot machines and related equipment.

Perform routine maintenance on all slot machines and related equipment per manufacturer's specifications.

Diagnose and repair all technical problems associated with ACSC slot system and the central control computer server system.

Install, remove, and modify slot machines and related equipment as directed, including full preparation of slot machines for play.

Generate computer reports relating to slot performance and maintenance, as required.

Assist with guest service problems and inquiries.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High School Diploma/GED; Associates/Technical Degree in a technical or related field preferred ; 1-2 years of experience in a technical or computer related field or prior experience with slot machines or equivalent combination of education and experience.
