Job description

The Phone Loan Associatesupports various types of initiatives to redesign processes critical to improve operational efficiencies and/or customer experience. The incumbent works with various levels of the organization and partners with IT, Operations and the business to drive goals and objectives. S/he interacts with managers and subject matter experts to analyze process data, build and deploy process KPIs (dashboards, reporting), and develop solutions that improve process performance by increasing productivity and efficiencies. Builds KPI reporting and dashboard for ongoing process analysis and business as usual process monitoring. Collects and analyzes internal and external data sources. Conducts process analysis in support of development of recommendations. Develops project plans, status meetings, project reports. Documents current and future state business processes (process flows).,Facilitates consensus among multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure work can progress in a timely manner and delivers expected results. Facilitates working sessions with various stakeholders and for conducting research on best practices. Follows-up and supports the business as needed. Leads process re-design efforts across major processes/businesses/functions. Prepares and presents of findings and implementation plans to management. Bachelor's Degreein Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent field, or equivalent work experience. 3-5 years experience conducting analysis on process data as well as leading process improvement projects 3-5 years experience in project management, integration of business processes, systems, and/or products 3-5 years experience in process modeling/optimization 3-5 years experience with building and reporting key performance indicators. Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management Certification A passion for understanding pricing strategies and execution methodologies in a manufacturing and/or distribution business. Ability to drive projects and activities to successful conclusion, operating with a high sense of urgency. Ability to multi-task and keep initiatives on track simultaneously. Conscientious with strict attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to operate independently with broad general guidance against a framework of defined business objectives. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Detail oriented, organized and analytical. Excellent analytical capabilities including SQL.Excel and relational database skills. Excellent communication and organization skills. Must relate well to all kinds of people, listens and builds constructive relationships, uses diplomacy and tact. Shows creativity and innovation in presenting ideas. Strong commercial orientation with a balance of pricing and strategic business management capabilities. Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking. Adapts quickly to change and makes suggestions for increasing the effectiveness of change. Appropriately shifts attention and refocuses on new goals as a result of changes in priorities or competing work demands. Addresses customer's requests, ensures concerns are recorded accurately and action is initiated appropriately. Makes extra effort to satisfy customers needs and meet commitments.
