We are currently seeking skilled and motivated candidates for a skilled and motivated Business Analyst position in our Middletown, RI office.

Job Description:

This position requires a business analyst with 3 or more years of experience to support the digital transformation of corporate business applications. Tasks include but are not limited to user story generation, process analysis, requirements gathering and analysis, requirements documentation, acceptance criteria generation, coordination with development team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interface with customers to understand and analyze their business needs and requirements
• Elicit, analyze, communicate, validate and document requirements for changes/improvements to business processes, business policies and information systems
• Assess the impact of any changes
• Performing requirements analysis
• Documenting user stories and requirements
• Evaluating and documenting acceptance criteria
• Participate in requirements backlog grooming
• Position is full time and located in Middletown, RI

Requirements / Skills:

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Bachelor's Degree in business or related technology field
• Solid command of Agile Processes
• Experience with generating user stories and behavior driven acceptance criteria
• Familiarity with using JIRA to document user stories
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Able to work and thrive in both individual and team-based development environments
• Position requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret-level security clearance with the US Government

Additional Skills of Interest: (not required)

• Familiarity with Cloud Based application development
• Experience or familiarity with Cloud Based DevOps and/or DevSecOps
