Fidelity TalentSource is your destination for discovering your next temporary role at Fidelity Investments. We are currently sourcing for a Full Stack Engineer to work in Fidelity's Brokerage Technology Business Unit in Smithfield, RI.

Primary Responsibilities

The majority of the time will be spent on the front-end (70%)

Develop and implement technical solutions for a customer facing web application

Develop unit test cases to ensure accurate coverage of the code base

Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams including UI, Architecture, QA, and development teams from other organizations

Enforce project timelines, addressing and resolving technical issues

Participate in functional/technical group discussions with analysts and developers

Deliver on both projects and support tasks

Experience

• 9+ years of experience as a front-end developer
• Experience with Angular 1.5/2+ and JavaScript
• Experience with Spring-WS and Spring REST web service framework
• Experience with Java 8, Spring 3.0 and Spring Boot
• Experience with Unit Test Frameworks (JUnit, Karma / Jasmine)
• Experience with SOA technology is strongly preferred
• Experience with Debugging Web applications would be beneficial (HTML, CSS, JS, JSON)
• Exposure to Agile development methodology is a plus
• Financial services experience preferred

• Strong written and verbal communications skills - ability to capture/articulate and accurately document key points, identify and work issues, etc.

• Initiative, with the ability to prioritize multiple, simultaneous tasks
