Quality Documentation Clerk
Monday-Friday 7am-:30pm-$16.50
The Quality Documentation Clerk prepares all documentation necessary for the Production and Compounding records. He/She will provide support in review of production paperwork and compounding batch records. They will assist in exception reports and data entry while following Quality methodologies to ensure compliance with standards, guidelines, and procedures.
Tasks
• Follows all documentation control policies and procedures
• Prints & fills out Job folders for production & compounding in accordance to product specifications
• Revises and confirms that all submitted documentation is accurate and complete
• Brings discrepancies found on documentation to the attention of the supervisor for resolution
• Enters data in Job log once job orders are complete
• Updates Stock verification form with BOM found on production's filling records
• Verifies schedule on a daily basis for production and compounding changes
• Performs and records inventory of all returned labels according to the SOP
• Maintains spreadsheets and other reports required by management
• Performs other duties as assigned

Lifts Weight or Exerts Force Work Environment
Regularly: Lifts up to 10 lbs.
Frequently: Lifts up to 25 lbs.
Occasionally: Lifts up to 50 lbs.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision; distance vision; peripheral vision; depth perception; and, the ability to adjust focus.
Education and Experience
Years of Experience
Minimum of 2 years in a clerical or administrative role
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's Degree preferred
Additional Information
• WMS experience is highly preferred
• Mechanical aptitude is highly preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred.
• Ability to effectively manage and coordinate simultaneous projects and successfully prioritize multiple projects with seamless execution and sound judgment
• Meticulous attention to detail; commitment to producing quality products
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
