Would you like to be a part of the #3 Weichert Realtors Affiliate in the nation? We are seeking a full time Administrator / Recruiting & Marketing Coordinator for our company's Beaufort office.

Our Beaufort office is right downtown on the corner of Bay & North Streets. We need a creative thinker who is not afraid to come up with new marketing ideas and work independently! There is room for growth here as levels of success are hit. The salary offering will be commensurate with experience level of applicant.

Tasks would include but not be limited to:

  • Creating and implementing marketing campaigns to attract new and experienced Real Estate Agents.
  • Assisting the Sales Managers to find new talent for our sales team and set up appointments for the Sales Managers to meet with them
  • Set up and coordinate Career sessions in each of our five offices
  • Liaising with Sales Managers on fresh ideas and marketing campaigns
  • Scheduling eblasts in mailchimp, sendgrid, etc
  • Agent Recruiting Social media scheduling
  • Administrative duties such as stocking supplies, general office duties, answering phones

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
