What's a typical day as a Recruiter?

Responsible for effective and efficient recruitment activities. Fills open positions while remaining compliant with corporate policies and procedures and applicable government activities. Recognizes and utilizes recruitment practices that will produce a diverse candidate pool.

This job might be an outstanding fit for you if you have:

• Must have a Bachelors Degree or 4 years of Recruiting Experience!
• Good judgment skills
• Effective customer service, presentation, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in spelling, punctuation and grammar skills
• Analytical and critical thinking skills
