A DAY IN THE LIFE OF RECRUITER AT LIFEMD

As a Recruiter you will be responsible for helping our fast-growing company, continue to grow and expand with the hiring and selection of great talent! You will be the face of our company for all potential candidates so being able to properly convey our company vision and values is crucial. You will report to and work with the HR Director to develop and implement a firm strategic recruiting strategy for our Technology, Marketing, and Advertising departments. You will be asked to create attractive job descriptions and specifications, while screening potential candidates and resumes based on department need. You will also have to coordinate interviews for hiring managers and perform reference checks as needed. As an experienced recruiter, you will be expected to ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience with Tech, Marketing, and Advertising positions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Must be able to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
