THIS POSITION IS ON-SITE IN OUR MT. PLEASANT, SC BRANCH. NOT A REMOTE WORK OPPORTUNITY.

As a Mortgage Processor you will verify, compile and submit application information for mortgage loans.

• Claim new loans within 24 hours of transfer
• Review LE and 1003 data entry and update LOS as necessary
• Issue application package and send to client
• Upload credit documents to global documents
• Transfer "complete" file to underwriting
• Gather all necessary conditions and provide frequent updates to client as needed
• Conduct weekly pipeline calls with loan officers
• Ensure all files are TRID ready at least 7 business days prior closing date
• Clear loan files for closing at least 3 business days prior to closing date
• Issue Scheduling Sheet to Attorney or title company
• Prepare final underwriting package for post-closing
• Review ECOA, MDIA, and LE report daily to ensure compliance with Mortgage Network and regulatory disclosure requirements
• Resolve Post Closing deficiencies with 48 hours of receipt
• Obtain conventional condition release

Optimum pipeline size is 30-40 active loans with an average of 16 funded loans per month.

The ideal candidate will possess 2 plus years experience, experience processing VA, FHA, USDA and Housing Agency products required, strong customer service abilities and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
