Job Purpose/Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst position will be working closely with the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis as well as other members of the Finance and Information Technology team on proactively providing relevant, reliable and accurate information in a timely manner to Company Leadership. This will include standard reports, KPI's as well as ad hoc analysis. This is not only a matter of analyzing data made available by others, but also finding ways to ensure the data is made available, or even created the appropriate way. This position will own the detailed structure and improvement of our Enterprise Performance Management Module. A successful analyst will be a high-energy person with a desire to learn and grow. The person must be a self-starter with the ability to drive process improvements throughout the organization.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

· Supporting budgeting, actual results reporting and forecasting processes, including Revenue, Margins and SG&A variance analysis, in an international business.

· Maintaining the structure of the global EPM software and reporting, including month end and budget processing.

· Data mining to connect information across various Company data sources.

· Assist in the design and development of financial models and databases.

· Proactively looking ahead regarding the Company's financial analytical needs.

· Weekly/monthly KPI reporting.

· Ad hoc projects/analysis to support decision making.

· Other related duties as required.

Skills/Certifications

· Must have experience with forecasting/budgeting including use of an EPM tool and consolidation software; experience with Planful preferred.

· Ability to develop analysis from a "clean sheet of paper".

· Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills

· Experience with an integrated ERP required, and knowledge of Accounting systems and principles beneficial.

· Process Improvement mindset.

· Effective verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.

· Energetic and positive team player capable of working well with cross-functional teams.


Minimum Education and Work Experience Required

· Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting

· Three years experience in a Manufacturing organization
