Job description

Position Summary:

We are looking for an efficient, flexible, meticulous and self-motivated electrical engineering intern. As a member of the electrical design team, you will be involved in the development of custom power delivery products that includes DC/DC, AC/DC, high power, low power, high voltage, and low voltage switch mode power supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design of DC/DC, AC/DC switch mode power supplies utilizing various topologies.
• Perform circuit simulations, component stress analysis, Design Verification Testing and write technical reports.
• Examine, explain, and reproduce system failures.
• Participate in internal design reviews.
• Prepare documentation for product release.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities when required.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Pursuit of a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or electrical engineering technology from an accredited university.
• Successful completion of junior-level courses in analog and digital circuit design.
• Hands on experience with mixed signal circuit design including test and simulations is a plus.
• Ability to write and analyze design documentation.
• Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
