Hiring Immediately--We are hiring Warehouse workers for our dynamic client in the east Nashville area.

Summary: Responsible to kit, pick or sequence customer products as per work instructions. Must also verify that all product meets quality specifications and follows non-conforming procedures as required. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

Typical Responsibilities:

Kit, pick, or sequence customer product as per work instructions.

Report all quality discrepancies.

Complete production records as required.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Perform other duties as assigned.

May need to work additional hours to make sure the job is complete for the day. In the event a worker has to stay late, overtime pay is permitted.

Requirements:

Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities.

Consistently on time and at work.

Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

Minimum:

High school diploma or GED.

Basic computer skills.

Preferred:

Knowledge/skill with warehouse management systems preferred (i.e. PKMS.)
