Busy Property Management Firm seeking two (2) Fun and Outgoing Personality Office Support Personnel With vast experience in office administrative skills to include but not limited to:

• Manage High Level of Calls with Multi-line phone system
• Computer Skills to include working with Excel, PowerPoint and word
• Must be Detailed Oriented
• Must be organized and have time management skills
• Must be outgoing and a People Person
• Must be able to work well under pressure and maintain professionalism
• Must be able to adapt to a consistently changing environment
• Must be able to maintain Professional Appearance and Manner at all times
• Must be able to communicate clearly with the public
• Must be able to work as a Team and independently
• Must be reliable

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• Must be a Tennessee Resident
• Reliable Transportation
• 18 and Over
• Clean Criminal Background
• 1 year Property Management Experience Preferred

This can be Full-Time or Part-Time Positions and Pay is based on Experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
