Overview:

Tjoapack B.V. ("Tjoapack" or the "Company"), a portfolio company of Ampersand Capital Partners ("Ampersand") is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") to provide strategic, financial and operational leadership during a period of exceptional growth and change.

The CFO will be based in Clinton, Tennessee, the site of the Company's US subsidiary Pharma Packing Solutions LLC. ("PPS"). The CFO will report to the Company's Netherlands-based CEO and will be responsible for the global finance and accounting operations of the Company.

Tjoapack recently acquired PPS, creating a leading, global, high-quality provider of contract packaging and related services for the pharmaceutical industry. In 2021, the combined company's projected pro forma revenues are in excess of $50 million, sourced evenly from the two locations.

Position Summary:

Based in Clinton, TN, the CFO will be a member of Tjoapack's global executive leadership team and be responsible for interfacing with the Company's Board of Directors, lenders and investors.

The Company's recent acquisition of PPS provides an opportunity for the CFO to design and build a new global finance function. This will include the establishment of new banking relationships and operations, and development of an integrated, multi-site finance and accounting team. In addition, the CFO will provide support to the Company's various operations and business development functions in order to both fuel growth and to optimize the current business. In addition, the CFO must have experience with mergers and acquisitions as a key tenant to the Company's strategy is to continue to grow globally through acquisition.

Taking all this into consideration, the CFO must be a strong leader and a strategic thinker while being prepared to serve in a "hands on" capacity in a multi-cultural environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Redesign and Build the Finance Organization: Lead the post-acquisition redesign of the global finance function. Implement key financial processes and systems. Develop consolidated financial reporting for the newly combined entity. Build the required financial team.

• Business Integration: Beyond the Finance organization, the CFO will be a key leader who plays a central role in driving the integration between the Tjoapack and PPS business and cultures.

• Financial Controls: Lead and oversee the financial controls and reporting functions of the Company, and the Company's annual audit. Maintain and continuously improve financial accounting and cost accounting processes and assure ongoing compliance with various regulations wherever the company operates.

• Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting: Drive the annual budgeting and long-term financial planning functions of the Company. Partner closely with all functions to generate analysis, business case scenarios and insight into ongoing industry trends as well as Company-specific key performance indicators. This will require keen understanding of the Company's business.
