Data Entry Specialist/Customer Service & Office Admin. Support

5 Years Minimum Experience

Small company located in Franklin, TN needing to fill open position.

Front Office- Administrative Duties:

Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate personnel if needed. Assist dealers and customers with questions about our products or direct to the appropriate personnel. Fax, copier, credit card machine. Review Rent-To-Own contracts for accuracy and completeness.

Data Entry Specialist:

Process high volume of incoming sales orders, hauling logs, and factory logs to Microsoft Access databases. Must have advanced attention to detail. Keep internal company databases updated and current. Assist with Inventory Control

QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions Accounting Software:

Accounts Receivable and Cash Applications - Process Sales Orders to QuickBooks invoices (large volume). Assist in the following areas of cash application, run and post credit card payments, apply payments received from dealer locations. Assist accounting department with month end close.

Other:

Front office with a high volume of incoming phone calls during peak sales season. This can be a Fast Paced Environment, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Highly Organized, Advanced Attention to Detail, Critical Thinker, Problem Solver, Team Player as well as able to work independently, Customer Service, Phone Communication, Public Communication.

Required Experience: QuickBooks; Micro-Soft Office (Access, Excel, Word, Outlook); Associates Degree preferred; Customer Service and main point of phone contact.
