Job description
The Operations Finance Director will assist both the Finance and Operations teams in driving financial and operational performance of the business. Further, the Director will support leaders across the organization and maintain a high level of integration with center leadership and support staff. As a key member of the Finance leadership team, the colleague will have exposure to all aspects of Regent's business model and be immersed in the rapid growth and scale expected as the Regent footprint expands.
Essential Functions
- Oversee, consolidate and/or prepare insightful monthly financial and operations performance results reporting for executive, finance, and operations leadership.
- Frequently engage with Operations leaders and support staff to review, analyze, and discuss performance improvement plans for business operations.
- Provide financial expertise as it relates to financial terms and key metrics expected within client contracts.
- Perform a variety of day-to-day financial analysis including variance analysis, scenario and sensitivity modeling, comparable analyses, planning and forecasting, growth and profitability analysis, and others as required, assigned, or requested.
- Oversee and/or prepare, synthesize, and present detailed bottoms-up operational and financial forecast and budget models.
- Work closely with IT, Clinical, Revenue Cycle and Operations leadership to deliver accurate and informative analyses to the organization.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
- 5+ years of work experience in finance, accounting or a related field required
- Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) experience a plus
- Strong work ethic and must be proactive/self-starter
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to synthesize and present complex information
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with professionals at all levels
- Demonstrated ability in analyzing, interpreting, and communicating financial information to all levels of management
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organization, and time management skills
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data management systems
- Robust financial modeling skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $145,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
