Print Production/Graphic Design Specialist

Job description

The Print Production Associate operates the Centers print center for both graphic design and production. He or she will work with customersto create, schedule, and produce their print products.

The ideal candidate has one to two years of experience in a similar role or a two-year degree in graphic design or a related field, experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, knowledge of printing concepts, and production experience with digital printing and bindery equipment. Aside from Graphic Design and Print Skills, the applicant_MUST_have a history in the customer service field and be able to handle/perform the following:

1)_FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT_where learning on the fly is crucial.
2)_HIGH INCOMING TRAFFIC_with a_HEAVY VOLUME OF CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS_on a daily basis.
3) Computer based shipping programs where_COMPUTER SKILL AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL_is key.
4)_REPEATED TASKS/PROCEDURES_associated with customer returns through Amazon/ATT/Comcast, etc.
5)_SHOW INITIATIVE_in staying busy and not wasting time or deferring responsibilities to others.
6) Work extremely well as a team with others to maximize the production of the days tasks.
