A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER (Multifamily)
As our Assistant Property Manager, you support the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations and facilitating the success of our properties. You are the face of our company. Using your excellent customer service skills to meet the needs of both prospective and current residents is always your highest priority. You show units, help with walk-in clients, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and text. Your friendly demeanor and positive attitude set the tone at the office.
You process applications and work with prospective tenants throughout the rental process. Keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently, you handle any issues such as violation notices promptly. You also help maintain occupancy by proactively and effectively marketing available properties. You enjoy building good relationships and take pride in helping provide well-managed living arrangements for our tenants while maximizing profits for our company.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER (Multifamily)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of administrative experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proof of personal insurance
  • Computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn various software programs
  • Experience using G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Drive
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Life-changing customer service skills

WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time Assistant Property Management position typically works Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour lunch . Occasional weekends are required when there is an open house.
