Job description

This positions serves as a primary point of contact with our employees and client contacts of our Temporary Staffing Services group related to weekly payroll Time & Attendance management utilizing ADP and our proprietary Applicant Tracking System. Additionally, the position will provide additional administrative support services to our management and sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and build relationships with employees and clients through weekly timecard management.
  • Ensure new employees are properly on-boarded within ADP
  • Support Staffing and Search staff with myriad of value add administrative duties
  • Assist Controller with client invoicing and daily cash receipts
  • Greet visiting candidates, clients and vendors with class and professionalism


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ADP and QuickBooks, possess good technical aptitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
