The Payer Sciences team uses data-driven insights to generate innovative strategic recommendations to help our pharmaceutical clients navigate today's complex and dynamic managed care marketplace. By harnessing existing data sets and utilizing advanced analytics to extract insights into payer behavior, we support our clients' pricing, contracting, and market access strategies and develop creative and impactful ways to communicate the value of their products to reimbursement stakeholders. Our goal is to enable our clients to target and optimize interactions with reimbursement stakeholders and maximize their commercial success through optimal coverage. Our evidence-based, analytics-driven approach to address payer-related challenges combines our considerable expertise in data analytics and insight into pricing and market access to deliver wide-ranging research, analysis, insight generation, and strategic reporting.

Job Description

As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will collaborate with the business to attract and select the best talent for their teams. Your passion for recruiting and your ability to distinguish between good and great talent will enable you to help hire top diverse candidates who will thrive in our organization. In this specific role, you will work with multiple teams to identify candidates. Responsibilities include the following:

* Full cycle recruitment which includes selecting the best-in-class talent from our target industry segments, interviewing, scheduling and closing.
* Establish and develop effective working relationships with hiring managers and leadership
* Responsible for effectively communicating the employer brand with potential talent and forging strong partnerships within the HC team, relevant stakeholders and recruiters
* Build, manage and cultivate a robust pipeline of candidates
* Manage recruitment process through ATS
* Work with agencies as required and manage process
* Manage CPH and TAT of open requisitions
* Participate in campus/graduate recruitment programs
* Ad Hoc HR Generalist responsibilities that may include but are not limited to, Onboarding, Exits, Employee Relations, Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, etc.

Qualifications

* Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience
* Market Access/Managed Care recruitment background preferred but not required
* Experience in leveraging online sourcing techniques and using Social Networking, User Groups and industry associations for targeting and attracting passive talent
* Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools
* Experience in leveraging a Referral network in a corporate environment
* Experience working in a consulting/analytics environment
* Smart Recruiters ATS experience a plus but not required

Additional Information

* 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in the pharma/biotech industry/Managed Access Experience
* Professional maturity, integrity, discipline, and a positive attitude.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

* Driven and self-starter
