From marketing the sale of single assets and portfolios to structuring complex debt solutions to providing life-of-loan servicing and asset management, we offer comprehensive services tailored to our clients' unique needs. The Investment Sales team is recognized nationwide for its expertise, providing asset-specific customization that yields highly effective transaction strategies. Investment Sales advisors work closely with the Debt & Structured Finance team on loan origination, underwriting, closing, life-of-loan servicing and asset management. Job Description:

We are seeking a Transactions/Production Associate to be a part of our Investment Sales Team. This position is located in Nashville, TN.

Essential Job Duties:

* Analyze, interpret and present complex multifamily real estate opportunities
* Conduct detailed economic and demographic research to determine feasibility of transactions
* Assist with researching, writing, and proofing Marketing Offering Memorandums (OMs) and Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs)
* Research and maintain databases that track Investment Sales activity and other relevant real estate metrics
* Develop and maintain market knowledge
* Conduct transaction and due diligence coordination
* Monitor and assess the progress of sales to ensure that deadlines are met and contingencies are released
* Provide preliminary audits of files for management review
* Other responsibilities and duties as assigned

Skills, Education and Experience

* Bachelor's degree (Finance and/or Real Estate concentration preferred)
* 2+ years of experience in Finance, Real Estate or related field
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent financial modeling skills
* Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Word and the ability to learn other company software, as needed
* Highly developed analytical, research and written, and oral presentation skills
* Ability to problem-solve and exercise independent judgment while displaying a high degree of initiative and accuracy
* Demonstrated ability to organize & prioritize projects; complete multiple tasks on schedule
* Strong work ethic and pro-active team player
* Ability to work effectively under sometimes stressful conditions
* Ability and willingness to work extended hours or weekends to meet deadlines, as needed
