Asurion is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide support for the Chief Security Officer. We are dedicated to finding a professional who possesses drive, initiative, and a great attitude to manage day-to-day business activities of their executive.


This role will be an expanded role, providing the candidate the opportunity to become directly involved and affect outcomes in multiple aspects of the business including finance & budgeting, strategy and internal communications while supporting the mission of the Security team.


The candidate must be polished, a self-starter, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Attention to detail, integrity, and proactivity are essential traits, as well as displaying tact, composure, and maturity. The ideal candidate needs to effectively communicate and maintain highly confidential information. Candidate will work with leaders and teams that are located around the world.



JOB DESCRIPTION:



Administrative Functions

  • Provide executives with administrative support, including managing the executive's schedule, arranging appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls, processes expense reports, etc. May also provide support to executive's direct reports as needed.
  • Answers phones for key executives, route to appropriate departments or take messages accordingly.
  • Attend team meetings and take notes to execute action items accordingly
  • Serves as contact for people inside and outside of the Company. Is knowledgeable of corporate policy and is often called upon to interpret and communicate the executive's intent to other managers.
  • Develops, prepares and proofs/reviews presentations at executive's request.
  • Collaborates with various staff and departments in preparing special reporting.
  • Performs necessary administrative functions such as filing, office organization, record keeping, report writing, and composing correspondence and establishes procedures for orderly operations.
  • Collects, prepares, analyzes, and communicates relevant service and operations information to various departments, including strategic objectives and goals.
  • Assists with special projects, events, and promotions.
  • Estimate budgets and track costs of projects, programs, and initiatives.
  • Coordinates and directs projects involving analytical reporting and tracking in multiple areas to aid executives.
  • Studies administrative processes/methods to improve workflow, simplify reporting procedures, or implement cost reductions.
  • Other duties as assigned


Office Management

  • Greets visitors and ensures presentable office appearance.
  • Interacts with building facilities to ensure office function.
  • Responsible for ensuring adequate office supplies, and reorders as needed.
  • Type, track and follow-up on work order, help desk or problem tickets


Qualifications

  • BA or BS degree preferred but not required
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting an executive is preferred but not required
  • Excellent proficiency using Microsoft Office software including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe and Outlook
  • Ability to prepare PowerPoint presentation materials including charts and graphs
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to function to in a high growth, dynamic environment managing multiple competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
