Parker Engineering and Mechanical, Inc. is a leading Multi-Family & Commercial HVAC Installation Company in the Nashville area seeking self-motivated and dedicated individuals for HVAC positions in Nashville, Gallatin, Hendersonville, Franklin, Mufreesboro, and Knoxville TN. Although the main office is in Norcross, GA, we have a satellite office in Nashville.

No experience is necessary, and we provide comprehensive training for HVAC installation. Our employees are given the opportunity to learn, grow, and earn promotions to higher positions within the Company.

Helper/Installer

Starting pay is $17 per hour with the opportunity for up to a $2 raise at the 90-day review.

Description: General labor- installing vents, ducts, fans, etc.

Requirements:

-Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

-Travel to jobsites in TN such as in Nashville, Gallatin, Hendersonville, and Knoxville TN.

Must have or be willing to purchase tools, with an optional company tool cost reimbursement program available.

-Must be able to climb ladders and lift 50 pounds

-Must be willing to work overtime on the occasional Saturday

-Must have a vehicle to get to the job site and a valid driver's license
