We are representing a Well-known, Dave Ramsey backed company who is looking to add a Recruiting Specialist to their team to accommodate the phenomenal growth they?re experiencing!
This person will provide comprehensive support within the Human Resources Department, focusing primarily on full life cycle recruitment and selection for all positions. The position requires team participation and interfaces with all levels of the organization. The person in this role will demonstrate tact, poise, and adherence to the highest standards of confidentiality while exceeding high expectations.

Who you are:
? You have at least 2 years of HR experience in the areas of recruiting, interviewing, benefits, and new hire processing (or equivalent sales experience).
? You have experience formally interviewing candidates over the telephone and in-person
? You have a Bachelor?s degree in a related field
? Proficiency at expert level in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
? You have a typing speed of at least 50 wpm
? You are familiar with recruiting software
? You have organizational and time management skills to complete high-quality work while adhering to deadlines
? You are an effective communicator with the ability to develop cooperative work relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
? You thrive in a very fast-paced, at times stressful, and ever-changing environment
? You have demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, writing professionally, and using analytical skills
