COMPETITIVE PAY + SIGN-ON BONUS AND BENEFITS AFTER 60-DAYS

This fulltime position will provide support in two key areas: Accounting and Human Resources

Reporting to the Director of Finance and Human Resources Partner

Accounting (80%)

• Assist in day-to-day accounting/finance operations recording, collecting, analyzing, and verifying numerical data for use in maintaining accurate accounting records of BLCH.

• Generating bills and collect all revenue owed to the hotel in an accurate, timely manner in accordance with accounting policies and procedures. Assist the Director of Finance in all financial activities of the hotel.

• Assist in managing revenues received and dispersed including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, audit, general ledger reporting.

• Cash handling functions for the hotel and reconciliations of all cash dropped for hotel & F&B operations.

Human Resources (20%)

• Support the day-to-day HR needs at the property, including: payroll, onboarding of all new hires and will co-facilitate onboarding training with the Brand Manager.

• Administrative support for Human Resources in accordance with BLCH standards and procedures.
