Job Duties:

General help with the following Activities of Daily Living (ADL's)

• Meal prep
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship
• Personal Care/Bathing
• Shopping/Errands
• Medication Reminders
• Mobility Assistance
• Toileting

Ability to consistently communicate with the office:

• Changes in the client's condition
• Filling out ADL paperwork to be sent to the office
• Promptly notifying for days off requests
• Responsive to open shift notifications

• Thoroughly review client care plans before a shift to be adequately prepared

Job Requirements

• Driver's License
• Reliable Transportation
• Ability to drive up to 30-45 minutes to client's home
• TB Skin Test
• CPR Certification (within 30 days of hire)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Able to work at least every other weekend

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay

COVID-19 considerations:
All caregivers are required to wear a mask or face-covering for the full duration of his/her shift (vaccinated or not) as well as complete regular temperature checks. We have full PPE and curbside pickup available at the office.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
