Job description

My client in Oak Ridge, TN is seeking for a Helpdesk Support Specialist to join their team on a 6-month Contract-to-Hire basis. They are seeking for candidates who are qualified with the skills below:

  1. Helpdesk support skills - being able to walk someone through the issue in a calm manner to figure out what type of technical issue they are dealing with. Things like password resets, connectivity issues, equipment failure, etc.
  2. Remote capabilities - as in being able to help people over the phone with walking them through an issue or remote into their computer and help fix the problem.
  3. Customer service skills
