Job description

This help desk supports the call centers that are the Tier 1 support for the 401k, retirement plans, and pension for the US Government.

This is a standard Tier 1/ Tier 2 Helpdesk position. This position involves responding to problems as reported by the customer, learning the established procedures for support, and recording incidents on a proprietary incident tracking system. This individual will be doing basic troubleshooting and working with a variety of Microsoft technologies. This person will be touching Windows, Active Directory, SCCM, they do monitoring, and NOC. The manager is okay with someone who just finished school, or someone that has at least 2 years of experience, without a degree. The biggest thing is communication skills and great customer service skills!
