Business Operations Program Management Consultant

Join us as a Business Operations Program Management Consultant on our Technology Alliances team in the U.S. - Remote to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you will achieve as a Business Operations Consultant, you will provide operational support for the Technology Alliances business. Playing the roles of partner, strategist, consultant, and implementer, you will ensure streamlined activities within the organization based on business priorities. This includes handling day-to-day management of operational aspects of the business, alliance partner governance, and quarterly business and KPI reviews. You will additionally lead collaboration with internal customers to define business requirements and objectives while providing solutions and digital tools that strengthen and improve business processes. In this role you will be on the leading edge defining the next generation of strategic partnering processes and programs.

You will:

• Administer and govern the business management system for Technology Alliances.
• Collaborate with specialists to perform data analytics to provide interpretations for strategic alliance partnerships.
• Define and execute supporting process improvements within the organization.
• Plan and coordinate project deliverables holding responsible parties accountable.
• Lead projects and work with extended teams to design, develop, implement, and maintain business solutions.

Essential Requirements

• Strong financial acumen and understanding of the business.
• Self-driven to do what it takes to figure out hard problems in the face of ambiguity.
• Attention to detail with expert project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines on a continuous basis.
• Advanced communications, influence, and problem-solving skills.
• Typical candidate will have 10+ years of Business Operations, Program Management, or related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree or 8+ years with a Master's degree.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in alliance or business partner program management is desirable, but not essential.
• Experience and understanding of Dell Technologies business systems and product families; or similar experience.
