WE ARE LOOKING TO BRING ON NEW AGENTS AS APART OF OUR TEAM. ALL WE REQUIRE IS THAT YOU BE LICENSED AND HUNGRY.

Jackai Properties is a progressive residential brokerage firm based in Dallas,TX. Our strategy merges your typical real estate brokerage with socially responsible and ethical best practices. Our agents will be expected to contribute to the firm's CSR (corporate social responsibility) culture of giving back to the community, while simultaneously building their own real estate business.

At Jackai Properties, we do everything we can to support our agents. We'll provide leads and provide one-on-one training with our broker if necessary. New and experienced agents are welcomed, but you must be tech savvy as our brokerage is mostly paperless and uses tools to make you more productive. Sales background is a plus.

We're not looking for just anyone. You must be a proven self-starter, passionate about helping people and willing to work smart using the strategies and leads we provide you.

Responsibilities:

  • Convert leads to Clients
  • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers.
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs.
  • Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer.

Qualifications:

  • Background in Sales and Marketing

  • Willing to work smart using the strategies and leads we provide you
  • Active real estate license or be willing to obtain one
  • Sales background required
  • Have worked with Microsoft applications and PDF's
  • Tech savvy
  • Excellent customer service and follow-up skills.
  • Teachable and willing to learn and use scripts
  • Must be willing to prospect
  • Follow up with clients
  • Provide guidance and assist sellers/buyers in marketing/purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine clients' needs and financials abilities in order to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters to their benefit and ensure a fair and honest dealing
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc)
  • Manage property auctions or exchanges
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties
  • Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
  • Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practice
