Internacional is seeking an Acquisition Analyst to join its investment team and contribute to the company's multifamily acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities will include:

· Assist in managing the acquisitions pipeline, creating, organizing and maintaining all acquisition file processes. Maintain pipeline database for real-time review by INT leadership

· Perform preliminary financial analysis on potential acquisitions, including rent roll analysis and conversion of property level of financial statements into format for INT underwriting model

· Perform detailed financial analysis of potential commercial real estate acquisitions including the creation of detailed pro-forma financial models.

· Prepare thorough and concise investment summaries for acquisition review and decision-making.

· Conduct on-going market research to identify additional markets with acquisition opportunities that meet the Company's current investment strategy.

· Conduct pre-acquisition due diligence, market research and competition analysis for acquisition opportunities.

· Assist in closing coordination activities, including coordination with lenders and equity partners as well as various administrative tasks

· Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by INT leadership

Minimum Qualifications:

· BA/BS in Finance, Real Estate or other related field required, with a record of solid academic achievement

· Able to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels within and outside the organization

· Strong work ethic with ability to work autonomously or as a team

· Multifamily experience is preferred

· Proficiency in Excel

· Strong analytical skills and research capabilities

· Self-motivation and willingness to work with a small team in an entrepreneurial, fast paced, demanding environment
