Job description

Ag Workforce is looking for a positive, detail-oriented, and efficient new employee for our compliance, recruitment, and client human resource management division.


This position's primary goal is to assist our team in providing reliable and efficient support to our clients through effective and responsive communication, and overall assistance in the progression of worker processing from recruitment to their designated arrivals. Additionally, this role will coordinate and organize transportation, onboarding, and compliance management. A background in construction would be very helpful in this role as the position would oversee a workforce in multiple locations across multiple states. Spanish communication is a must!


Responsibilities

  • Provides excellent and responsive customer service to client needs through phone calls, emails, letters, and other communications
  • Keep Client Services Manager updated with the statuses of all cases
  • Successful and timely completion of all client elected services, including on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Compliance coordination and visa program filing coordination
  • Entry-level research for Human Resource compliance
  • Prepares and sends correspondence as directed
  • Ensures worker documents are updated and organized, and that physical and electronic files include all relevant materials and information
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts
  • Assist with performance management procedures
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
  • Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects
  • Support other assigned functions
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices


Qualifications

  • Bilingual: Spanish and English is required
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail orientation with laser focus and follow-through
  • Can assess multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Professional experience in a highly performing administrative capacity
  • Project management skills
  • History of achieving and consistently exceeding personal goals
  • Bachelor's degree or graduation from a two-year college program in a related discipline is preferred but not required
