Job description

Reporting directly to the Head of Talent, we are seeking an exceptional leader to grow and scale our Technical Recruiting team! You will lead full-cycle engineering, product, design, and data recruiting teams. You will be responsible for continuing to build out our engineering recruiting strategy, including employment branding, talent channel development, candidate engagement, and assessment as well as metrics and analytics. You'll prioritize projects to scale our hiring process and build deep partnerships with our leadership team to attract talent.

Responsibilities:

  • • Mentor and grow a team of talented technical sourcers and recruiters doing their part in Company's mission.
  • • Partner with senior leaders across the R&D organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals.
  • • Develop top-of-funnel strategies including events, marketing, and social campaigns.
  • • Drive process efficiencies to scale Engineering, Product Management, and Design hiring.
  • • Focus on delivering an outstanding candidate experience, personalized and differentiated in a supply-constrained environment.
  • • Manage the consistent generation of a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates by driving initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channels.
  • • Actively monitor the diversity of the hiring funnel and make recommendations on ways to achieve our aspirational goals.
  • • Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve the process.

Basic Qualifications:

  • • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
  • • 3+ years of experience managing and scaling a recruiting team.
  • • Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner.
  • • You are dedicated to a diverse and inclusive workplace and are a passionate advocate for equality.
  • • You have a proven ability to develop and coach direct reports and provide guidance as needed.
  • • You use an active and data-driven approach to problem-solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficient.
  • • You drive impact through strategic partnership and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • • You have a growth mindset and flexibility. You can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change.
